1. Terms of contract and duty of disclosure
You will automatically receive an order confirmation with information of your order.
You can always find the existing conditions of sales and delivery on this page.
2. Prices
When delivered in Denmark, all prices quoted are current retail price incl. 25% VAT.
When we ship to addresses outside of the European Union VAT is automatically subtracted.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISPRINTS AND PRICE CHANGES.
3. Payment
You can pay in two ways:
a) With a card: Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA, VISA Elektron, Mastercard, Maestro or JCB.
You can also choose to use the so-called e-Dankort where you pay through your own online bank.
This option is available for the more than 2 million Danes who use online banking.
When you pay with a credit card we will only withdraw the amount on your account when we are shipping you your package.
You will receive a receipt for the payment with your package.

4. Delivery methods
Your order will be shipped via Post Denmark.
5. Delivery time
The delivery time will be (normally a maximum of 0-7 weekdays). If the delivery time is longer, it will be apparent from your orderconfirmation.
You will receive an e-mail when your completed order is ready for collection, and you will receive an e-mail when we are shipping it.
Orders shipped to countries abroad will be shipped within 0-7 weekdays, unless something else is specified in the order/order confirmation.
We cannot control the local delivery conditions, so we cannot promise a fixed delivery time when sending abroad.
6. Returns right
According to Danish law you have a right to return what you purchased within 14 days from receiving your goods.
Your returned goods must be in the same condition as when you received them and if possible accompanied by a copy of your invoice. You can regret a purchase by returning the package to the address given to you.
If you return your package, you are responsible for paying the freight charges. If the returned items live up to the demands stated above, we will return the money you purchased for to your account.
7. Guarantee
You have two years guarantee right. If you by accident should receive a wrong item instead of what you ordered, or you receive a malfunctioning item, you have to make a complaint within reasonable time after having noticed the problem.
If you make a complaint within two weeks your complaint will be regarded as being on time.

8. The small print
Agreements with TIGHTSSTORE.COM are made in Danish. When you are doing business at TIGHTSSTORE.COM
Danish laws of purchase and contract apply including the law of consumer purchase.
As a consumer you are protected by the Danish laws in this area, which primarily means The Sale of Goods Act and the Consumer law.
9. Exclusion of liability
TIGHTSSTORE.COM cannot be responsible for anything that is not according to Danish laws.
10. Handling of personal information
Your information of name, address, telephone number, etc. is treated with absolute confidentiality and is only used to handle your order.
Legislation requirements to business owners require that we have to keep your personal information for five years.
Credit card
information is sent via TIGHTSSTORE.COM to PBS (Pengeinstitutternes Betalings Service) through a safe and encrypted SSL-connection and is not saved by TIGHTSSTORE.COM.
Personal information is transmitted to TIGHTSSTORE.COM in a non-encrypted form. Personal information is kept by TIGHTSSTORE.COM in a database on a secure server that is not directly accessible through the internet. And of course we do not pass on your personal information to third parties.
According to the Act on Processing of Personal Data you have the opportunity to get insight and make objections regarding your personal information.
To make the procedure easier for your future purchases at TIGHTSSTORE.COM, we use cookies. It is a little file that is saved on your own computer.
Because of this cookie you do not have to enter your address the next time you are shopping on TIGHTSSTORE.COM. You can of course always delete the cookie on your computer.
